kbh.dk

kbh.dk - web 2.0 social network in symfony and PHP

kbh.dk is a social network for everybody that live in or care about Copenhagen. The project is driven by the wish to create a socially connected metropolis. Kbh.dk will be the place where the people of Copenhagen inspire each other to use the city - together. The project is financed by the Municipality of Copenhagen.

I have been involved in all parts of the system - from the design of the user interface to implementing the business logic.

kbh.dk is developed in PHP, Javascript, CSS og XHTML baseret on symfony, prototype, script.aculo.us and YUI.

telegraph

telegraph - RSS subscriptions for Basecamp projects

telegraph is a web application which handles RSS subscriptions for the great Basecamp project management service from 37signals.

I have built telegraph to show how popular open standards such as RSS and Atom and APIs enable easy integration of webbased content into internal applications. I also use Basecamp to handle head in sky projects.

The website uses AJAX to create a user friendly flow while the user creates a subscription. Encryption ensures that passwords and other sensitive information is not exposed.

telegraph has been developed using Ruby, Javascript, CSS and XHTML based on Ruby on Rails, jQuery and Blueprint.

mitKBH

mitKBH.dk - web 2.0 userdriven guide to Copenhagen in PHP

mitKBH is a user driven online guide to Copenhagen where locals rate and review restaurants, cafés, bars and clubs around town.

I have participated in the development of the site - primarily a lightweight version for mobile handsets, a translated guide to Copenhagen for tourists and an API which allows other applications to extract information form the site.

mitKBH has been developed using PHP, Javascript, CSS and XHTML. The mobile version is based on CodeIgniter. The API has been documented using DokuWiki.
